Each of our charters features a skilled crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Depending on the type of service, inclusions may vary — for example, sunset cruises come with gourmet snacks and choice beverages, while corporate charters might be outfitted with business amenities and specialized catering choices.
When should I make my reservation?
Booking your charter 2–3 weeks in advance is advisable, and it's especially important during the high season, which runs from May through September. For corporate functions and private festivities, securing a charter 4–6 weeks prior will ensure better selection and give ample time for tailoring the experience.
What is the protocol for inclement weather?
Our emphasis is always on safety. If the captain determines that weather conditions are not safe for sailing, we'll propose a new date for your charter or issue a complete refund. Weather forecasts are tracked vigilantly, and we typically notify you 24 hours before your planned departure if the weather looks dicey.
Am I permitted to bring my personal food and drinks?
Certainly, personal food and drinks are permissible on board. We also have exceptional catering services and are happy to create a menu that suits your taste preferences. Take note that for safety, glass containers are not allowed on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with mobility limitations?
We are committed to ensuring all of our guests' comfort. Some yachts are more equipped for accessibility than others. To make sure we provide you with the most fitting option, please get in touch with us during the reservation process to discuss accessibility needs and we will organize the necessary accommodations.
What's the policy on cancellations?
If you need to cancel your charter, doing it more than 72 hours before departure equals a full refund. Those cancelled within 24–72 hours lead to a refund of 50%. For cancellations less than 24 hours before departure, the payment is non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our side's unsafe weather or mechanical issues.
